Shipping Policy

At LEC Beverages Limited, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Kingdom. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • BFPO addresses

  • International destinations


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Express Delivery 1–2 working days £20
Free Standard Delivery 2–5 working days Free on orders over £200

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather).


3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12pm (noon) are typically dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.


4. Age Verification Upon Delivery

Alcohol purchases require age verification. Couriers may request valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) to confirm you are 18 years of age or older. If no eligible adult is present, the courier may:

  • Refuse delivery and return the package to us

  • Attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails age verification.


5. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.


6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery:

  • The courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery

  • Orders may be held at a local depot or returned to us after multiple failed attempts

Re-delivery or restocking fees may apply if the parcel is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect shipping information.


7. Shipping Issues & Damaged Goods

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@lecbeverages.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
