Welcome to the official Tsingtao Beer UK website (the "Site"). This Site is operated by LEC Beverages Limited, the authorised distributor of Tsingtao Beer in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Site—including purchasing goods through our online shop—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

This Site is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your country of residence;

  • You will not supply alcohol purchased from us to anyone under the age of 18.

We may require age verification at checkout or upon delivery.

2. E-Commerce Terms

2.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on our Site, you are offering to buy products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, at our discretion.

Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is a record that we have received it. A contract is formed only when the products are dispatched.

2.2 Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout and clearly displayed.

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed on the Site. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card or account.

2.3 Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery may require age verification. If no one of legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery, it may be returned to us, and redelivery charges may apply.

2.4 Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Perishable or opened products are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged, incorrect, or missing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2.5 Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return eligible items per our Returns Policy.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of the Site, including faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly if fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity is suspected.
